TERRENCE G. STOLLY

Terry and his wife, Cindy, have three daughters, Gabriella, Caitlin and Chloe. Terry and Cindy (Foreman) are both natives of Bellefontaine. Terry is the youngest of ten children of Nancy and the late Jim Stolly.

Practice Areas: civil litigation; construction and contract law; insurance law and risk management; regulatory compliance; personal injury and wrongful death; health care law; estate planning; creditor rights; bank and commercial law; property rights; director & officer liability; employment law. Terry has been lead trial counsel in well over a hundred cases, and has tried dozens of cases in federal and state courts throughout Ohio.

Admitted to Bar: 2001, Ohio; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio; and U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Terry has been admitted pro hac vice in the Minnesota state court and federal court in Iowa.

Other Relevant Experience: From 1999 to 2002, Terry was with the national law firm of Arter & Hadden LLP in its Columbus, Ohio office, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, director & officer liability and insurance coverage counsel. Prior to law school, Terry was in management positions in the grocery retail and wholesale distribution industry; specifically, he was a Territory Supervisor for Aldi, Inc., and later a Retail Growth Manager for SuperFoods Services, Inc. and its successor-in-interest, Nash Finch.

Community Activities: President, Board of Directors, Hilliker YMCA (2011-Present); Board member and Chair; Logan County Residential Homes, Inc. (2010-Present); Trustee, Logan County Law Library Association (2003-2010); President, St. Patrick’s Pastoral Parish Council (2005-2008); Board Member, Greenhills Retirement Community (2004-2007); Board member and chair, Logan Belle-H.A.N.D (2004-2009); Board Member, Logan County Heath District (2004-2009); American Red Cross, Logan County Chapter, Board Member (2002-2003).

Member: Logan County and Ohio State Bar Associations; Hilliker YMCA; Ohio Hospital Association.

Interests: Terry enjoys spending time with his family; traveling with Cindy and family vacations. He also enjoys competitive running and in 2011 Terry won each of the following races: the inaugural Liberty Half Marathon; the Paddy’s Pig Run 10k; and the Logan County Run to Educate 5k. Terry also ran his first marathon in 2011 and his finish time qualified him for the Boston Marathon.
