MEDIATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The firm offers skilled and seasoned alternative dispute resolution services, including mediation and arbitration. Tom Heydinger has extensive experience serving as a court appointed and private mediator throughout Ohio. Mr. Heydinger has assisted several courts in establishing mediation programs and has served as arbitrator and chief arbitrator on various one member and multi-member arbitration panels. Mr. Heydinger has mediated cases involving personal injury, wrongful death and survivorship actions, construction disputes, contract matters, probate, real estate and other complex disputes.

In addition, two (2) of the firm’s litigators offer alternative dispute resolution services and have not only personally represented clients in hundreds of mediations, but have taken training through the Supreme Court of Ohio to serve as mediators.
