Josh and his wife Whitney (Young) Stolly have a son Spencer David, a daughter Sloan Kay, are expecting their third child in April 2012, and are both natives of Bellefontaine. Whitney is a seventh grade language arts teacher for Urbana City Schools. Josh graduated from Bellefontaine High School in 1998 as Valedictorian.

Practice Areas: Josh practices in the areas of general business and commercial law, creditor rights, bankruptcy, estate planning and family law, including child custody and support, divorce, dissolution and adoption.

Admitted to Bar: 2007, Ohio; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Preparatory Education: Miami University, Ohio (B.S., Accounting, 2001).

Legal Education: Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law (J.D., with High Distinction, 2007).

Other Relevant Experience: Prior to enrolling in law school, for two years Josh was a financial analyst for Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Community Activities: 2011 to present, Board member, Kiwanis of Bellefontaine; 2012 President-Elect, Order of Symposiarchs, Bellefontaine.

Member: Logan County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Hilliker YMCA, Kiwanis of Bellefontaine, St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Bellefontaine.

Fraternities: Sigma Chi, Alpha Chapter; Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity; Order of Symposiarchs, Bellefontaine.

Interests: Triathlons, weightlifting, golf and spending time with family and friends.
